In the modern world with the rapid development of technology and constant growth of competition critical flows on the side of human potential. The professionalism, coherence and performance of staff as a defining force on the way to becoming, prosperity and continuous development of modern enterprise. Depending on the scope and level of competition, the viability of a company often depends not only on productivity but also on the quality of products or ser-vices. For education, the issue of incentives and motivation of employees is not less important as the main object of the relationship between supplier and customer is an educational service which, in turn, are directly effected by teacher, and, unfortunately, only one material state of the art equipment and innovative techniques of the educational process is not enough to provide quality services.
