The development in the field of innovation is a complex process. Its implementation is impossible without a carefully structured system, which includes: setting goals, assessing re-sources, developing business processes for conducting innovation activities. Positive shifts in this direction already, but the activity of enterprises in this area is still low. The necessary set of macro and micro economic measures, efforts at the state level, combined with the initiative of the entrepreneurs themselves. Existing world practice shows that the driving force of innovative development is the competitiveness of enterprises, which need to constantly maintain and im-prove. Through innovation, companies are increasing the number of consumers, tend to compete with each other and thereby are motivated to improve their financial performance. Because of the limited Finance, personnel, and time good results is crucial to coordination. Only the presence of a coherent plan to avoid inefficient use of resources, duplication of participants in the processes, as well as the suspension of the projects.
